They will be at the fork of the two roads. there is no way to make a u-turn. Mood of the officer depends on time and who it is. this jurisdiction is looking for any reason to give a citation. I've known some to get tickets for less than 5 miles over.be careful in this area and stay on the speed limit. They are red hot on holiday weekends!
