This roadbock is set up randomly on an infrequent basis, maybe once every two months or whenever the county needs money, whichever occurs first. Usually consists of 8-10 state troopers and 4-5 squad cars. They ask to see your license and insurance, but they won't miss an opportunity to nail you on anything they can ticket you for.
