Eastbound on 7th Street near PCH

Several police vehicles are in the eastbound lanes, blocking off east-moving traffic. It was not possible to see definitively what was occurring in the area, but there were at least 6 police cars in the eastbound lanes between PCH and the 405 Fwy.

Bad traffic heading north on Fairfax Ave. after geting off 405. Small two lane st. Two cops waving people over to park at random on side of road in middle of day Jan 12, 2013. No way to see this ahead of time, don't know what they are checking for on a Monday. Vehicle safety, insurance, uspended license, seat belts? Drugs? Anything to raise money in this climate. Mayor Villaraigosa said he had to lay off 1/3 of city employees. Police no doubt trying to raise money to keep jobs.

Orange cones. One lane stopped on right side of road. DUI checkpoint of Friday nights Friday, Jan. 11, 2013. 8:00 pm. I've seen them there six times before.

SonsofLibertyLA were out to protect our fellow Americans from this roadblock on Dec 29th. We had great success and were extremely well received by the public! Had one idiot who pretended she was a police officer harassing us, turns out she was a 'volunterr' criminally identifying herself as a police officer.

Dec 22nd the Sons of Liberty LA were out defending the liberties of our fellow citizens. We showed up at 9PM, and , flags and banners, they jumped in! We were spontaneously joined by over a dozen different people! Several spoke better Spanish than Engflish but they could sure wave our "Don't tread on me" flags! We were even joined by a guy in a clown suit! We were extremely well received by the public, they loved us!
HPPD was quite civil, only one motor cop threatened to cite me if my flag was waving so as to block driver's firled of view, he was ignored. To their credit, I think they know that they are violating our liberties and when exposed they are ashamed, but they get the OT$ and they do as they are told! We stayed until 2AM.

Dec 15th, the Sons of Liberty LA were out to protect the liberties of our fellow Americans! It was cold and rainy. We were joined by a number of peoiple and were very well received. Several people pulled over and parked, stayed with us to be safe. Ther was no one to give the two good look'in blondes a ride home.... so they called a cab. The LA SD did not bother us, not one car got towed while we were there! Lot of folks took the detours!
