I was arrested for DWI/OWI with a BrAC level of .05%. This is part of a "zero tolerance" effort funded by NHTSA, and called "Checkpoint Strikeforce." Your federal tax dollars at work!! This is scheduled to continue through Jan 1st of 2003.
