They set up to catch people heading home from bars/restaurants late fridays or saturdays. They just ask 4 ID and have you been drinking then blind you in eyes with flashlight. They also sit across from the bars and follow you home as you leave. One night passed me(had been drinking) and stopped my dad in front doesnt drink. Basic Barney Fife!
