Hickory Rd just east of Palm St and Downtown

Holly Springs, Georgia

Stopped around 7:45pm on a Thursday night. Only rolled window down a crack and handed the officer my License and Insurance card. Officer asked me to lower the window more and I replied "Is that really necessary officer". We were then told that we could go.
