Route 260 at Chesapeake Beach

Calvert County, Maryland

Late night this is a favorite hotspot just as you enter into Chesapeake Beach. Calvert County Sheriffs Dept. loves to harass and intimidate. They will often search your vehicle without "probable cause" just because you're on the road. The good side is that they target against drugs agressively.

Ritchie Highway just after Bill & Billy's Cue Hall

Severna Park, Maryland

When I was stopped at the sobriety checkpoint I was very nervous and very stoned but the cops honestly were not to bright about things. I made several obvious errors in my speech and still was not tested, although there were many teenagers my age being tested as I drove by, I believe they were going more on looks, I was dressed very nicely at the time, from what I could tell most of the people being tested were either in dirty clothing, black, or dressed expressing their individuality.

This Maryland roadblock was added to the Roadblock Registry in January 2001.
