Staten Island, New York

It was about 9:30 PM and my wife and I were coming home from dinner. My wife was driving. The officers were set up in a location at the bottom of a hill. There was no where to go. The officer asked my wife where we were coming from. They asked her if she consumed any alcoholic beverages. They then told her to be careful about a burglar who had been victimizing the area. Another driver was being put in handcuffs as my wife was being questioned. The officer was courteous but my wife said it was very intimidating.
