Route 68 between Sligo and Rimersburg

Rimersburg, Pennsylvania

Just past the south end of Curlsville road, PA State Police usually set up a "DUI checkpoint" once or twice a year. Since this is set up at night, it can be seen a bit before Curlsville road from the north, and can be avoided. If you're coming from Rimersburg, you can't see it beforehand.

This Pennsylvania roadblock was added to the Roadblock Registry in January 2012.

Rt 322 and Sugars Bridge Road

Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Typically on weekend nights. Roadblock actually just west of the intersection in front of the "RAM T" landscape contractor. They use the Ram T parking lot for staging/Parking.

Coming from the east, if you notice the lights early enough you could make a right onto Skelp Level Road. If you pass Skelp level, I don't know if they would come after you if you made the left onto Sugars Bridge RD.

Occasional sobriety checkpoint located a few miles outside Bloomsburg on Route 11 heading towards Danville.

Marshallton-Thorndale Rd. near Poorhouse Rd.

Downingtown, Pennsylvania

DUI checkpoint was set up in front of Victoria Crossing neighborhood on Marshallton-Thorndale on a Friday night, approximately 12:30am. They set up a sign where Marshallton intersects at Poorhouse Rd. Very quiet neighborhood, first time seeing this after living here 15 years.

I turned right at the intersection, as I was headed in another direction, and drove past West Bradford Elementary School, which was less than 1 mile away. Here, a cop was also sitting in the driveway to the school and shined a flashlight at my car as I drove past. Downingtown has been turning into a police state when it comes to driving so watch out. There is no crime in Downingtown, so they're coming after your cars.

Main St., Corner of Lackawanna and Main (Next to Anchor)

Blakely, Pennsylvania

In Lackawanna County. Stopped cars in all 4 directions. Police from many boroughs. Shined flashlights inside of our car, not asked about drinking, but I am sure other people were. There were so many police cars it looked like a plane crashed there. Now I am fearful to go out at night, reminds me of a country turning into a a police state. 7/8/2011

Easton Road & Susquehanna Road at the Lukoil gas

Abington Township, Pennsylvania

Seems like they stopped about 90% of the cars ..held at the lukoil gas station..easton rd and susquehanna is a very busy intersection.. chase car waits down near the gulf gas station on easton on other side of the tracks..lots of (drunk) people sitting in chairs at lukoil...very frequent in the summertime..basically if traffic stops flowing especially from the easton rd side and feels like your waiting in shore traffic just turn down another street there isnt construction going on..
