I have been stopped at this checkpoint a few times and had problems with the officers.They were bullies and seemed to enjoy their job a little too much.The checkpoint is usually set up more then halfway down the road so you don't see it until it's too late.If you see it and try to turn around they have patrol cars hiding in the shadows to quickly pull you over.If you want to avoid the checkpoint at the last second do Not turn around just cut through the few roads that lead to housing developments and apartment buildings...Know your rights or Lose them!!
