At the roadblock, police insist that the driver open the car window and accept a flyer about seatbelt use. The officers say that every tenth car is then sent over to a side road for a driver's, registration and insurance card check; actually this count is not uniform and it is up to the roadblock officer which vehicles get sent over for further review. Don't refuse the flyer (even though you might have received that same flyer on all the other days the same roadblock is set up), or you will definitely be sent for the extra review.
This Pennsylvania roadblock was added to the Roadblock Registry in July 2008.
