Stopped traffic is pulled into the STIHL employee parking lot. The last turn around point is at the Blue Horseshoe Tattoo parlor stoplight.

Virginia Beach police frequently set up in this area on Holiday weekends in the warm months. Local media even report on the event. The spot is around the first bend past the marine science museum. Usually it is a large roadblock only set up in the southbound lanes after 10:30pm (Just in time for the late news!)
