roadblock is usually set up in the evening (8PM - 10PM) on Fridays
before holiday weekends. Message signs advise "DUI Checkpoint Ahead"
just past Quebec street and are usually posted earlier in the day
when the roadblock is planned. Patrol cars are usually in position
to intercept cars turning onto Crosspointe to avoid the roadblock.
