A Trooper on each side checking for credentials apparently. Saw two motorists pulled off to the side.

The Gates police habitually conduct various types of stops and checks at this location. The last time I observed it was 9-22-12 at 11:00 pm.
Culver Road
1AM. DWI Van present and conducting tests. The police asked where you were comming from and where you were going, if you’ve had any drinks (if so how many), do you have any illegal drugs or firearms in the car. People were getting tickets for everything including expired registrations, sound violations, dice hanging from rear view mirror, lots of things.
