Intersection of Highway 11 & 10th Ave.
Usually, between Thursday-Saturday starting around 11pm. Three out of the four ways through this roadblock are down hill so that once you see it, short of turning into someone’s driveway or making a U turn, there’s no way to avoid it. The fourth direction comes in straight away, but a slight incline once again makes a U turn or a driveway the only means of avoidance. It’s operated mainly by RBPD, but also with Franklin County deputies.
