9-9:30 PM – Often Sunday night coming from church – we are in the center of the Bible Belt with most people only coming from church. 8 – 9 squad cars, several pulled over cars in parking lot. Right by RR tracks. This time Sunday night before Labor Day. They do this regularly – I have seen them 5 or 6 times, probably about once every 3 months. I am sure many times when I haven’t been there.
