St. Louis county police set up stopping cars going westbound on Watson. It is set up right as you leave Shrewsberry and enter Marlborough (by Rothman’s Furniture). I’ve seen them set up there 3 times within the last 2 years. I assume they are looking to stop people headed home from the city since it has bars open later. K-9s are aways present, but not always out of the police car. I was detained 30 minutes beacuse I refused to tell the officer where I was going. They also set it up, so when they get you out of the car, an officer drives your car to the side of the road. I guess this is a way for them to get an officer in your car and look around.
