Passed unstopped once through this particular roadblock (St. Joe Road near St. Joe Center Road) and then avoided it on return by turning off early. Stated purpose, according to Ft. Wayne Police and Allen County Sherriff’s departments in my phone followup, is for seatbelt usage. From observation, cars are pulled off singly to parking lot or similar detention area; when one leaves, whoever is next goes in while traffic otherwise proceeds.
